Ask yourself what you need to be doing right now. What is the most important thing you should be doing? It doesn’t have to be work. Rest and spending time with your family is also important. But live in the moment. Don’t think about work if you’re spending time with your family, and vice versa. Be mindful of the thing you want to be doing.
