How many obligations do you have? Do you really have all of those obligations? How many of those did you put on yourself? If you stop doing those things, how many people will even notice? Your time is valuable, and you don’t owe many people anything. You do have some obligations that you need to keep, but many of them are self-imposed. Take a look at them, and see how many you actually need.
